Our production time is 24–48 hours from the moment your order is confirmed. This includes printing, quality checking, and packing. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically shipped the same day after production.

After production, shipping times vary by destination:

• USA Standard: 3–5 business days
• USA Express: 1–2 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Yes! We ship to 200+ countries worldwide via DHL Express and registered airmail. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the accurate product value on all customs forms and cannot mark packages as "gifts" to avoid duties.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a modern textile printing process that transfers full-color designs from a special film onto fabric using heat and pressure. Unlike screen printing, DTF has no setup fees, supports unlimited colors, and works on virtually any fabric color — including dark garments.

Absolutely — and we encourage it! Create a free account, upload your design, configure a product, and place a sample order for yourself before going live on Etsy. You'll pay the standard base cost plus shipping to your address.

Seeing (and feeling) the product firsthand helps you write better listings, take better product photos, and set pricing with confidence. We recommend ordering at least one sample for each design before publishing.

Our Etsy integration uses the official Etsy OAuth2 API. Here's how it works:

1. Connect your Etsy store from the Dashboard → Stores page with one click.
2. New orders from your Etsy shop are automatically pulled into your TeePrintCenter dashboard.
3. We print and ship the order. Tracking is generated automatically.
4. Tracking info is pushed back to your Etsy order, notifying your customer automatically.

You don't need to manually forward any orders or copy-paste tracking numbers — it's fully automated from sale to shipment.

We stand behind every order with a quality guarantee. If an order arrives with a printing defect, a damaged garment, or the wrong product, we will reprint and reship it at no additional cost to you.

To request a reprint, open a support ticket from your dashboard within 14 days of delivery and attach clear photos of the issue. We typically resolve quality complaints within 1–2 business days.

Please note: because all products are printed on demand and customized per order, we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse or size selection errors. We recommend clearly communicating size guides in your Etsy listings.
